I brought 2 large nacho fries n a regular one and I only got one as a cashier they need to check there items b4 passing it out the order taker took my order correctly my order number was #214
I'm not sure if my taste buds change or their meat has changed but something is off. The the employees did their jobs they were fast and friendly but the meat tastes terrible

Placed a mobile order. Came to pick it up. Confirmed it on the speaker. Get to the window after waiting, no order was heard. Told to pull around to wait bc other orders were ready ahead. I politely said no I’ll wait here . Attitude was given because ‘the time was running up’. I told her I didn’t think it was fair to wait twice since I ordered ahead and waited and the error was not on me.
Next person, (don’t know if it was a manager) told the window person ‘well we just gone call the cops.’ Okayy call them. So I waited. Then an older woman came out reading my tags. The second woman was describing myself and my passenger on the phone (I assume to the police). I then just asked for a refund. She said it’s on the app and walked away. The first window girl was there I asked for a manager , she said nothing. So I pull around and wait on the police. I speak with them. The 2nd woman spoke with him about the refund being on the app and it’s not her fault if ‘ppl’ don’t know how to use it. Police said this was a civil issue and since they refused service (because they didn’t want to make my order) there is nothing he could do. I haven’t been to this location in over a year and will continue. Will also be back tomorrow for my full refund.

Went in there Saturday night about 6 5 people were working. I ordered paid and sat for 25 minutes waiting on a bean burrito. The man I. Front of me had been waiting 45 minutes on his order. Worst experience ever

While I was Door Dashing, I stopped by Taco Bell that's on the corner of Union and Hudson in Gastonia, NC . Let me tell you has happened on both of my visits here recently.......
I was actually in the drive thru lane just sitting there waiting for someone to come on the loud speaker but no one ever did, so I whipped it around the store and went inside. As I walked in you have 4-5 other customers just standing around by the front counter. It was really really quiet in there and not one worker greeted me or even said a word to me, Instead they are two workers preparing food while one worker was sweeping the floors around the front counter so I said to that worker, "do you know that there's a line of cars right now outside in the drive thru!" The worker then proceeds to reply by saying, " Were not taken and Drive Thru orders right now because there is only one person working it." So I mumbled why won't they just put up a note or inform someone but nothing. Let me mention all three workers did have headsets on too don't know why if they werent taking orders from drive thru either. The whole hour I stood there waitng for my food, the ONLY THING the workers would say is the NAMES OFF THE ORDERS and that was it! Nothing Else!! come on Taco Bell you need to do A 360 DIFFERENCE WITH STAFF ASAP!! Finally, seen a worker drop one of the Taco Burritos onto the floor, and she did hesitate before picking it up and she looked like she was about to rewrap it but instead threw it away but doens't inform the back of hte line to remake whatever it was she dropped!! DO BETTER TACO BELL!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS
