I absolutely love Qdoba in fact, I love it so much that I frequent this location specifically. I've noticed a trend. For some reason when Shai (spelling?) is working, the quality of service AND product deceeases tremendously. If I stop in for lunch or during a time when she is not there running the store everything is fully stocked, food is fresh, people are pleasant, store is clean. But NEVER when she's there. They are incessantly out of fajita veggies, pico de gallo and guacamole. I want you to understand that I'm not walking in at closing time. I'm there for dinner typically around 7 to 730, THEY AT CLOSE AT 10:00.
Let me reiterate, if there is another manager it's NEVER a problem. It's also not lost upon me that the three ingredients I mentioned specifically are made in store. It's giving slack on the job. I even asked for jalapenos one night and she told me they're not pickled so I can't have them because they'll be too hot. When I asked her why I couldn't have them raw because the heat is what I was looking for anyway, she said no you don't understand their packaged so I can't give them to you. She literally didn't want to OPEN JALAPENOS, 3 hours before closing.
Tonight really irritated me because I waited for a very polite young man to cook fajita veggies (again at 7 they close at 10). However, when he finished cooking fajita veggies, guess what he did not have that I like in my bowl pico and guac. I watched two extra people walk out of the store once he said that out loud so you're losing money due to her management. I asked specifically did they make those things in house and the young man told me yes. Soooooo how are you out for the day?!!!! I then called back to ask for a corporate number because I couldn't find one online and they hung up on me repeatedly. Like picked up the receiver and sat it back down. I called four more times and FINALLY got an answer. I had the privilege of speaking with that lovely Shai. After I asked her name and asked if she was the manager I proceeded to ask for the corporate number. She hung up in my face!!! I call back the same young man that was nice enough to cook fajita veggies for me answered and asked her for a corporate number. She said she didn't know it. Great management! 🙄 It's a good thing I'm resourceful because I bet I know how to contact somebody!
I highly recommend y'all put somebody else in there for dinner rush. I can't imagine how much money has walked out of that door due to lack of effort.

The team is so slow at this location, I stayed in the line for over 20 mins at my launch time. That’s along time to wait for a fast food place and the chicken tasted funny and no enough options of green leaves. Portion of food was good though.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband and his mother ate here tonight around 8:00 PM, and it was a massive disappointment. We used to eat here all the time before moving to South Carolina; it was our favorite spot. Unfortunately, the quality has plummeted.
The service was incredibly rude. When my husband asked for his burrito "smothered" (queso and cheese on top)—something they have always done for us—the employee flatly refused and claimed they "don't do that." When I called to clarify the policy, she was dismissive and had a terrible attitude.
To make matters worse, the food wasn't fresh and they were stingy with the toppings. The employee even tried to "magically" squeeze sour cream out of an empty bottle instead of simply refilling it. They don't close until 10:00 PM, so there is no excuse for laziness or poor food quality at 8:00 PM. Do better—don't wait for a viral video to start treating your customers right.
