  I have been frequenting this location for many years, the food has always been good quality. It used to be that any time I went to this location I would have to wait on my food for at least 30 minutes past the time quoted on the website when I placed the order. Its been like that for the past year. Recently they have been much more accurate with their quoted time. I am always friendly when I approach the counter and say hi how are you? Most of the staff will just say "good, whats the name on your order?" This one lady always ignores my "hi how are you" and says whats the name? But a few weeks ago I walked in and to my surprise the guy behind the counter actually greeted ME, and asked how I was doing! I was flabbergasted. He then proceeded to ask if there was anything else I needed with my order which reminded me that I need an extra plasticware. He handed it to me with a smile on his face and said "I hope you have a great day" I couldn't believe it. He was such a genuinely nice person. Now anytime I go there and see him behind the counter I know its going to be a pleasant experience. The last time I visited this location I asked him what his name was because I just felt compelled to do a review and share what an awesome job he is doing. His name is James, he is a light in the dark.

  Went at 1pm worker said we opening at 2pm returned at 2:18pm there yelling through the doors we are closed very unprofessional

  I wonder how they ended up not seeing what a person specifically ordered and messed it up so much that a person who paid specifically for it didn't get what they ordered. Someone, please tell me, does this pizza look like the one I ordered? Also, when I called, they were closed, and this pregnant woman (myself) who wanted a specific thing didn't even get what she wanted. Here's my order, and tell me, where on this pizza are all the specific ingredients? I mean, I see peppers.. Ojalá le salga un anzuelo a quien me jodio mi comida. On my list of NEVER RETURN
