  This is my normally go to McDonald's but seems like this time I went through the drive-thru and half the stuff that I asked for I didn't even get and then the lady on top of that she didn't even give me a receipt and they just need to get it right there's a whole point of being fast food also not having to sit and wait on your food forever

  More than just me and my son, there were a few other couples waiting on their order. They had already been waiting for awhile when we got there... one guy patiently waited almost 20 minutes for his drink! When we finally got out food, it was missing straws, so I had to stand there and wait for a person to come around the corner and to not even acknowledge me sta ding there she turned to walk away and I said.. excuse me can I get two straws.... she rolled her eyes handed me two straws and wouldn't even look in my direction as she passed them to me. But when her friends came in... she rushed over to them and said.. I'm gonna make yall some food now! Did they order? No. Did they pay? No. This location is horrible and now there is no person at the front for any kind of customer service....wait, that might be a good thing here. I wont ever visit this location again.

  Restaurant was dirty, manager was rude, asked for a rag, to clean our table, nothing. I stepped behind the counter because no one would come to the front. She yelled at me to get back when asking for a rag, after trying to get their attention for 5 minutes. Very unprofessional, and rude. Does not run her restaurant well. Will not return.

  Terrible service. B this place is more like a drop off, pick up. Gone are the days when you are greeted when you walk in. The whole staff is in the back. Not one employee. You have to order on the app, or on the kiosk. The only time you'll see people is if you order and wait.

  Everytime I order from this location on DoorDash something is missing! They never provide straws or either my food is just wrong .. providing me with topping that I am allergic to
