  Ordered a delivery. The driver left the order infront of the glass door and when we opened the door the drink spilled all over the ground. The driver was watching in their car as this all happened and drove away. Unbelievable.

  This is such a wonderful location always have positive people working there and they make great sandwiches!!

  As much as I love Jimmy John's, I may never order ahead again. That way when I walk in the store and see these ladies I can leave and go elsewhere-- which I stil would have done if, our schedule hadn't been so tight. It turns out, I probably could have done a u-turn and gone to CFA and still gotten where I was going with food to feed my family in the time it took them to make a few sandwiches. Lesson learned. Ladies behind the counter not wearing hair nets or hats. Hair not even pulled back. No effort at sanitation. Sandwiches mislabeled. Also, extremely slow. Ordered 10 minutes ahead, left 15 minutes after I got there with 20% of the food incorrect/mislabeled and grossed out by lack of sanitation.

  A lot worse suddenly. Order incorrect, made slowly, worker behind the counter with no hairnet or gloves handling food.
