Really Wendy’s in general whenever it’s a to-go or drive thru order… it’s like if you don’t sit down inside to see what your actually getting they just stick whatever they want inside your bag hoping you don’t catch it before you leave with it. With all the technology why are orders still made wrong? I don’t get it. Clearly states NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO NO MAYO ADD PICKLE ADD ONION MAYO MAKES ME VERY VERY SICK!!! I paid/wasted my gas to drive there and now I’m home with some stuff I can’t even eat, who wants to drive back and waste more gas? Y’all should be forced to deliver back to me for free or compensate me for my wasted time, money and fuel. If more people stopped going to places that just can’t seem to get it right then they’d be forced to either get better or close down. Personally I’m done with Wendy’s, y’all have stolen enough money from me so I’ll choose elsewhere from now on. ✌🏽

A lady kept coming up front to do things but never asked to take an order or even acknowledge that I was there. Not even a "someone will help you shortly" or "hello, welcome to Wendy's. I ordered a single cheese with everything, except no onions. Got a single, with gobs of mayonnaise, tons of onions, no lettuce, a paper thin quarter slice of tomato and no cheese. Ordered a lemonade and 2 small Frosty's but they were out of Lemonaid. The Manager was very kind and up-sized our Frosty's for not having lemonade. It was a to go order so didn't find out about burger until already home.
