  I would rank this Wendy's poorly. Wendy's change over time so I will add 3/6/2026. Lunch. The line was long, the service was absolutely horrible, the order was wrong. They did give us the fries and they were hot, but not really filled up. Sauces were not missing. By son of Baconator was a single patty, no bacon. This is the end of the fast food era. Only stopped from desperation. Next time in Gastonia, I'll just head home hungry.

  Visited 3/1/26 at 1:44am. Staff was not following procedures and served me an ice cold crispy chicken sandwich. I do not appreciate this because I spent my money on this. If the issue is not addressed and resolved, I'll be filing a dispute with the bank. It's not about the cost, it's about principle and I’m the pettiest. Look at all the other reviews - they are highly egregious and bad, so we can't all be wrong. Wendys needs to investigate this location and management immediately.

  Was pulling up to the drive thru to place an order. Two employees, talking outside, looked at me while I pulling up. Said nothing. One got in his car and drove off. The other went inside and locked the door. It’s 953 am on a Monday morning. WTH yo! 1st and last time at this restaurant.

  I won't say I was happy with my order today but wasn't the worst ...however.. fries were stale and cold for mine and my husband's order. His burger and mine were fine. Just fine. But my burger tasted better than it looked and it didn't look good...at all. The spicy nuggets and sweet chili sauce was good. They were "out" of both drinks we wanted so we got diet root beer and regular root beer. His was supposed to be a medium and they gave him the same size as me (I got the biggie bag so much smaller drink). I was too tired and had a long day at work to complain to the person at window as the food wasn't even good enough to return to the window .. they were not busy by the way. One car ahead of me. And that is it.

  I would consider somewhere else. Do not go inside. A shirtless person has been seen on video having a Tattoo performed on them inside the restaurant.
