Pre ordered my subs for 5:15pm after work, was asked to stay an hour later ok sure. Called the subway to ask if you could change my pickup time to 6:15 sure the guy who answered the phone said he would write it on the receipt, got there to pick up my food it had been sitting on the counter for over an hour. Asked the young lady who was there if I could get them re made because I knew that they would be very soggy by now she said she would have to call her manager to see. Then said it was nothing she could do since they already made them I took them home and just threw them in the fridge. After a long day at work didn't wanna fus.Not a great way to keep a customer, will be traveling a little farther to get my subs for now on. And this is what I got pitiful place will never go back and advise you not to

Bread was stale and hard and she verified that it’s fresh. I’ve been here many times. And go back because it’s close to my work but the place is mismanaged and it’s always hit or miss situation. Workers are friendly but management is poor and it shows.

Absolutely horrible. Customer service is always terrible. Did online order including 6 choc chip cookies. Got 6 raspberry. Took the order back in at which point someone should’ve asked how they could help but they didn’t so I spoke first. She gave me the right cookies and went to put the others back in the case. The ones I just had left with, that my son and I both touched and he prob licked at least one. I rhetorically asked if she was putting them back and told her she can’t resale those. She stopped and set them beside the case and said she’d ask what to do with them. Pretty certain they would go back in the case when I left, I asked to speak to a manager. It’s completely unsanitary and I didn’t want the next person getting sick from a cookie my snotty nosed kid licked. The other employee went to get the manager who left me waiting for at least 10 mins. At that point I said forget it and he said she was busy working on an outlet and couldn’t come out. Apparently she’s the owner and she’s too busy to talk to a customer. I’ve gave this location a shot multiple times because of convenience with doing business next door and it is always horrible service. Like when I placed an order 20 mins prior, went in to get it and the power went out. The employee was left to take care of all customers by herself while the shift leader panicked about calling the owner and needing to shut down the register. I waited 30 mins on an order I had already paid for because he was too busy counting money to take care of customers. He’s always too busy doing something else to help with customers. After seeing the owner is the same way, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The lady that helped me out was rude and was making the sub so sloppy and didn’t even use a knife to cut my sub. She just split it in 1/2 with her heads and it was all over the place. Management needs to be more onto of their employees to make sure they do their job correct and with some maybe positive attitude. She was having an attitude like she wis she was not there.
