We used to eat here all the time before moving to South Carolina; it was our favorite spot. Unfortunately, the quality has plummeted. The service was incredibly rude. When my husband asked for his burrito "smothered" (queso and cheese on top)—something they have always done for us—the employee flatly refused and claimed they "don't do that." When I called to clarify the policy, she was dismissive and had a terrible attitude. To make matters worse, the food wasn't fresh and they were stingy with the toppings. The employee even tried to "magically" squeeze sour cream out of an empty bottle instead of simply refilling it. They don't close until 10:00 PM, so there is no excuse for laziness or poor food quality at 8:00 PM. Do better—don't wait for a viral video to start treating your customers right.

Daniel gets 10/10 for customer service he didn’t rush us for being newbies and was very informative.
