I went in today and got a burrito. The burrito was literally one of the biggest burritos I’ve seen in my life and it slapped. Staff was friendly and fast.

I had never ate at a Qdoba Mexican Eats Before. I had tried other restaurants that are similar, like Chipotle, Moe’s, Willy’s and I decided to try Qdoba. When I walked in I was immediately treated and I told the staff it was my first time and had a question about the Salsa’s. Abel was very sweet and explained the different options, then I was also given a beautiful spirited first impression by a young woman named Keke finished up our order and I came by my family so for 3 orders at one time it was taken care of fairly quickly. The food was excellent. Very healthy and tasty. I tried the limited time Habanero Lime Steak that was very good. My husband got a burrito and my daughter got a quesadilla. I want to give this place a shoutout because not many times do you get good service and good food in the same place at one times I am very appreciative of my experience and will be returning to this location soon. I also got to meet the GM and the DM and they were extremely great and I just am going home with a full stomach and happy. Thank you!

I checked online for the hours of operation prior to coming to the store. I’ve never had an issue at this location until today. The website and the door says the open at 10:30 am. I arrived at 10:45. I saw two staff members taking chairs down and one walked up to the door. I assumed she unlocked it but I now know she made sure it was still locked. I sat in my car for a moment until I saw they were almost done removing the chairs from the tables. When I got out of the car and tried to go in the doors were locked and one of the ladies just looked at me and turned around and walked behind the counter. I went back to my car and sat for another 10-15 mins or so just to try to give them time but after 11 the doors were still locked. I saw a couple of other people also try to go in. I don’t even want to leave a bad review but customer service goes a long way and it only takes a minute to acknowledge a customer and say something instead of watching multiple walk up and try to enter 30 minutes after opening time and just looking at them. I would’ve felt better about it had they just said hey we’re opening late because we’re short staffed or whatever the case was instead of just looking at me and turning their back smh
