  We swung by Outback for takeout, and even though the kitchen was clearly slammed, the experience was still a win. The to-go attendant deserves a shout-out — super friendly, kept the vibes positive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. She even offered us drinks while we waited and checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food came out hot, accurate, and worth the wait. A busy kitchen happens, but great service makes all the difference, and she delivered. Strong operational excellence on the customer care side. Would absolutely order takeout here again.

  Tables were dirty and the hostes had to clean ours. We arrived at 5:09pm and ordered our meal at the same time we ordered our tea. Appetizer came out promptly. We waited and waited for the main course. When it finally arrived, mine was missing the lobster. My husband is still waiting for his cheesecake to show up, and it is 6:32pm. Super slow service.

  It's been awhile since I ate at outback,but I went tonight for veterans day. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The chicken was perfectly cooked,sweet tater was perfect,salad fresh. Did not have a long wait . Service was fast and courteous . Great job to everyone. The fallen solider table was a nice touch. Thanks to all veterans past and present for your service..

  Outback Steakhouse Review We arrived early, but others who came after us were seated and served first. The wait was long, and when our server finally arrived, she seemed visibly frustrated — venting about being short-staffed and overwhelmed. While I empathize with her situation, it added to the overall tension of the experience. The food itself was decent, but the portions felt small for the price. Paying premium rates for sides that barely filled the plate doesn’t feel like good value. Outback used to be a reliable go-to, but this visit left us questioning whether it’s still worth it.

  We were surprised at the seemingly low quality of the steaks we ordered. We’ve eaten at outback in the past with no issues. This time every steak was as tough as can be despite being on the higher end of price. A filet, a ribeye, and a porterhouse I believe. All were ordered medium rare to medium. Thehey cam out just slightly overcooked but that’s usually not a problem. The problem was that we could hardly chew it. I don’t know if the meat was cooked from very cold, or if maybe it had been almost frozen and then thawed. Maybe it wasn’t rested? I have no idea. The staff were more than gracious. We didn’t ask for a discount or try to return anything but a discount was offered and a free dessert given. I only post this as a reminder to handle the meat appropriately as it affects the outcome severely. The one salmon salad in the group was very good.
