- JWJazmyne Willis4 days ago1.0Placed a doordash order on a Thursday at 7 PM. I was quoted 30-45 mins. The order arrived almost 90 mins later. I had ordered the Alice Springs chicken entree with two sides & added a sweet potato with extra toppings. The ONLY thing I received 1.5 hour later was the chicken breast!! The two sides included in the entree, which were an additional 3.99 apiece for "premium sides" plus the 7.49 sweet potato were forgotten. Not to mention not a single silverware nor napkin in sight!!!! For a $50 dinner, the results were underwhelming to say the least...

The shrimp was WAY overcooked and his steak was rare even though it was to be Medium well. From order to actually getting our food was about 45 minutes. Even on a much busier night at Outback, we've never waited that long for our food. Very disappointed in the quality they are selling now. The upside, our waitress was wonderful.

Ordered a beer and had to get attention of waitress for refill and for my wife's tea, still no onion... Finally got it, and placed order.. we had 2 tickets and 3 people.. 2 steak cooked the same ,medium well, salad and loaded potatoes... One steak cooked to well, and potatoes were so small and still raw... The other lady with us ordered mushrooms and they were burnt and also a small potato.. the only thing they done was took off one steak and said sorry she had a party... I'm sorry, no excuses they should not have placed her with her!!!! Not her fault about the food, but overall worst experience EVER.. let me add that we did visit this location often after my wife and coworkers left work on Friday, but I won't be back, unless they make it right... That was $100 disaster!!!
