  My kids and I had a very disappointing experience at Outback today. We waited over an hour and a half for our food while multiple tables that arrived after us were served before we were. No one came to explain the delay or check on us. Our food didn’t come out until I finally had to go ask the manager why we were still waiting. The reason I was told is that we ordered an appetizer. The manager took our appetizer off our check but basically acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. When you’re dining with kids, that kind of wait is extremely frustrating. We understand that restaurants get busy, but communication and fairness go a long way. Seeing every table around us get their meals while we continued to wait made the experience feel very overlooked and unappreciated. We will not be back anytime soon.

  Did a online to go order of only a blooming onion and bloom sauce and sweet tea. The tea was unsweetened I walked upto to go door it's locked I knock so i stand there until she returns. Then she tells me it's sweet and I say you can taste it (I know what sweet is) she does not. So I wait for my tea and onion get them both go home and no bloom sauce. This was a very poor customer service. I called to speak with a manager after on hold for 5 minutes I am told he is not available with other customers. Someone needs to do better.

  everything was good here other than my service. A young girl , I believe her name was Merriam, Merissa, something of that sort, was so incredibly rude and unpleasant. She greeted us and everything started great, until we waited over 10 minutes on our drinks. Finally after our drinks arrived she came back and took our order. My family and I have never been here before, so we were naturally full of questions. Every time we asked something she seemed impatient and frustrated even though the restaurant was fairly empty. It didn’t seem like she had anywhere to be though. She got over half off our order incorrect and we could not find her for over 10 minutes after the food came out. We explained the issues, and decided to just keep what we had to avoid waiting again. She was not apologetic about any of the mistakes she had made and even rolled her eyes at us at one point. We never once received refills on our drinks either. After this we asked for boxes, which took another near 10 minutes to arrive. We paid on the kiosk and left. We were super excited to eat here, and even with the mistakes the food was good and served hot. We were just very upset about the lack of kind service.

  Linda behind the bar was a super hard worker and very nice! She was not the issue. Our food took forever…at least 45 minutes to come out and no manager ever said anything or apologized. There were only two of us. I got the trio (onion petals, cheese fries and 3 mozzarella boomerangs) and my husband got the sirloin and coconut shrimp. When it finally came out my husband’s sirloin (which he asked to be cooked medium) was so cooked that it deserves a new name for it. Well done doesn’t cover it. So dry and overcooked that it was barely edible. The cherry on top was when my husband got smacked on the head by a tray by a server which happened 10 minutes before by another patron at the bar. So if that sounds great the this restaurant is for you, but we will not be coming back.

  Went there last night for my grandma’s birthday, most of the food was completely wrong, I ordered a “fully loaded potato” and a salad as my side and was given a plain potato and nothing on my salad was correct and the lettuce was warm and the dressing was sour. I’m not the type to complain but once I realized my grandma’s order and 3 others orders were wrong, I knew I had to. It was a party of 6, (5 adults and 1 baby) and more than half of the orders were wrong, the worst order they messed up was the baby’s. We ended up having to pick from everyone’s plate to find foods that she could eat, since they forgot to bring her food out with the rest, by the time they brought her food we had to-go plates and had already paid out!! Took them 45 minutes to bring out a kids chicken tender and kid macaroni AFTER they had already brought everyone else’s food. It gets worse, the manager stops at the table to ask whats wrong, so I tell her and only 2 of the issues were fixed. We had to pay full price for a dinner barely any of us ate, I will pay any amount that is required but if your going to charge $20+ for almost EVERYTHING, then the standards of your food should be worth that!!
