What an unexpected pleasure! We had outstanding service with Kayla H!!! She was so friendly, upbeat , professional and prompt! The food was delicious! My husband had the shrimp poboy which had tremendous flavor and I had the kale salad with fried chicken added on. Truly one of the best salads I’ve had in a very long time. I would absolutely recommend Mic’s if you’re looking for a great meal with a casual atmosphere!

Kayla was our server and had a wonderful personality, was prompt and on the ball. She made several recommendations and I decided on the Shrimp poboy. It was the size of a jon boat (maybe). Great flavor, fresh and soft bread but not too dense. A must try. Bring this restaurant to Morganton. We need a good eatery like this place.

Omg this place was so wonderful. My family went here and ate and we literally just ate each other's food it was so good. I now have a new spot to eat from. The staff was also friendly and welcoming they made us feel sexual and the glasses of water they give you was so cold and delicious I didn't even order a drink and I'm a sweet tea drinker everywhere I go. Try this place you will go back and take some food home. Thank me lateršŸ˜‰

Our server was friendly, but the food is way overpriced for the quality of the ingredients. We originally wanted to start off with an order of the mac and cheese bites and the brussel sprout appetizers. The menu said the brussels were $12.99 which is already high but our server informed us that they were charging $18 for them that evening because of some recent flood in Mexico ?🄓 (we tried looking up any information on that and didn’t yield any results) so we opted for the corn bread appetizer instead. The Mac and cheese bites were good but the corn bread was sooo greasy. I think they deep fry them but they would’ve been soo much better baked. Then we tried to order a medium cooked burger but she said they only do well donešŸ¤¦šŸ½. We chose chili cheese fries and a side of sweet potato tots. The burger was dry and bland, and the bun was of the same quality that you’d get from the grocery store if you’re wanting the cheapest option. The tots tasted freezer burned and didn’t have any seasoning at alll, and the fries weren’t even hot. We paid an up charge for the chili cheese fries (which was fine) but they charged another extra $1 for a side of ranch that should’ve already come with it given the up charge. Very disappointing, I don’t think I’ll be going back. Also, I was going to order a corona but they were $7. Like I said, this place is way overpriced for the quality of the ingredients they’re using and they can’t even cook a burger to the customers preference ?.. what am I paying so much for if I could’ve done a better job just cooking at home ?

I have no complaints on the food! The food is amazing every time I come here. But I did an online order today through the app and was told the order would be ready at 6:22pm. I arrived at 6:20 and was told the food would be out soon. A group Of people came in ordered, ate, and paid as I still waited for my order. Someone came in ordered to go, and got their food as I still waited. It was after 7pm when I got my order, I waited over 45 minutes. Got home then realized I was missing some food and ranch. I called them they offered to refund the missing food which I did appreciate but I was disappointed with my experience today. Which is unfortunate because I love this place. I understand restaurants having bad days but I think the way you make up for it is what matters. Offering a free app, drink, discounted food or a discounted return visit to a customer that waited 45 minutes past estimated time would show that you are apologetic for the situation. I was told it was a ticket issue they were having and I will say the girls up front were kind! I will return because I think the food is amazing but I hope if the issue arises again that they make up for it with the customer. šŸ«¶šŸ¾
