  No doubt about it, Krispy Kreme is the undisputed king of yeast raised donuts. The "Hot and Now" donuts are awesome and can't beat. On the other hand, the fifty-two minute wait from the door to the counter we experienced is enough to ruin patronage. As is the current pricing of menu items. Dear Krispy Kreme, Less is more. Drop the price of a dozen "Glazed" back to $9.99 and you will sell more of them and increase patronage numbers. Please and thank you in advance

  I was coming in for a DoorDash and the white woman came in before me. I came in after her as I’m getting in line to pick up my DoorDash order. There’s a white old lady in the red shirt gonna look at me and tell me drive-through only and I explained to her that O The woman before me, literally walked in and she can’t go to the drive-through just like me she’s talking about some no drive-through only that has to be racist. I’m all right. Somebody need to fix the store and fits their employees. This is crazy. Will not be back here at all and I will be contacting HR.

  I used to have to pay $15 per dozen in Hawaii, why the heck is a dozen donuts $16 in the state where Krispy Kreme is from?? I will not pay that for donuts! Until Krispy Kreme stops gouging customers I won't go back.

  This store doesn't ever have hardly any doughnuts online or they don't update their online stock . I try to call and an answering machine picks up. This place has given KK a bad rep . I wish that they would've just left the one on wilkinson boulevard charlotte , open instead of putting a burger king there. That was the best crispy cream around north carolina.

  This Krispy Kreme used to be decent but over the past couple years they’ve went down hill drastically. The place is always dirty, they never have any of the specialty donuts available or made and the original donuts are usually burnt or not even available either. And the employees usually have an attitude or don’t wanna help at all. And that is if they even have the doors unlocked during business hours. This place needs big improvements.
