  As much as I love Jimmy John's, I may never order ahead again. That way when I walk in the store and see these ladies I can leave and go elsewhere-- which I stil would have done if, our schedule hadn't been so tight. It turns out, I probably could have done a u-turn and gone to CFA and still gotten where I was going with food to feed my family in the time it took them to make a few sandwiches. Lesson learned. Ladies behind the counter not wearing hair nets or hats. Hair not even pulled back. No effort at sanitation. Sandwiches mislabeled. Also, extremely slow. Ordered 10 minutes ahead, left 15 minutes after I got there with 20% of the food incorrect/mislabeled and grossed out by lack of sanitation.

  A lot worse suddenly. Order incorrect, made slowly, worker behind the counter with no hairnet or gloves handling food.

  5 stars if it was just based off of Amy & Taylor only. Amy and Taylor are truly the bright spot at this location. They are consistently kind, patient, professional, and genuinely try to make things right no matter how chaotic things are behind the scenes. You can tell they care about customers and take pride in their work, which is rare and very appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience overall has gone downhill with the new management. Since AK took over, our orders have been messed up repeatedly, and the interactions have often been rude and dismissive. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially because this is the only Jimmy John’s in our area, so there really aren’t other local options. I truly wish the old management would come back. Amy and Taylor deserve better leadership and support, and customers deserve the level of service this location used to have.

  Subs are made quickly and on point. The staff seems ready for service and the place is always clean. Been coming here for several years and it is consistent.
