The staff member held the food bag and pointed at the name without saying anything, no greeting, no verbal confirmation, just gestures. The customer service just didn’t feel welcoming. The order was correct, but the Chai Latte and Dunkaccino were both extremely sweet and didn’t really taste like lattes. A little balance in the drinks and a bit more courtesy at the window would make the experience much better.
