I love Dunkin. I do. This location just gets it wrong more times than not. They do stay busy, I get it. But, I feel like everytime I go through there they rush me and then get my order wrong. I really wanted those everything bagel bites! Not original. And, on top of that, they were COLD. And I don't even mean like a little cold in the middle, I mean like frozen still. Maybe next time?

This is possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my life – and I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts since my stepfather worked at one back in the 80s. The first time I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts, they didn’t have any coffee brewed at all. I had to wait while they brewed the coffee, and then they gave me the first pour before the coffee had even finished brewing. It was strong enough to knock a horse out. The second time I went to Dunkin’ Donuts, I asked for a dozen donuts and told them specifically what I wanted. I don’t know who was working that day, but they must not know the difference between a glazed donut and an old-fashioned doughnut. I was pretty disappointed to see half of the box filled with fluffy pieces of air instead of the old-fashioned donuts we are so used to eating. Today was the final straw. All I ordered was a cup of coffee. When the coffee arrived, even my daughter commented that it smelled weird. At first, I told her that she sounded nutty and I drove off. However, I tasted the coffee and quickly realized that she was right – it not only smelled weird, but it tasted strange too. At first, I thought it must’ve been in my head and maybe her suggestion made me think there was something wrong where nothing was really wrong at all. Then I realized that what we were smelling was similar to my mother-in-law‘s coffee. Understand, my mother-in-law is a little old lady who lives alone. So, she has adopted the practice of making a pot of coffee, and then drinking the same coffee the very next day, even though it sat out overnight. She does it to save money. The coffee Dunkin had this morning was the same taste and smell of my mother-in-law‘s coffee, which made me wonder if these people were using old coffee from the previous day and simply reheating it. I mean, it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch of the imagination, considering the fact that everything is costing more and that would be a cost-effective way to cut waste. Of course, it’s just speculation. Still, it doesn’t change the fact that the coffee was horrible enough for me to throw it out. Being that I’m very much a. “ Three strikes you’re out” kind of person, I will not be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts again, and I will be sure to let my family and friends know of my experience too. I Don’t want them wasting time or money the way I have.

The employees were VERY aggressive and unhappy that we were even there. They burned our food and forgot missing items. When I asked for my missing items they were rude and very visibly angry that we even asked and made us check our bag 3 times even when I handed the bag back to them. The cook came to the window cussing us and his coworker. Per the window man the cooks name is "Ty". I do not recommend going here if you value being treated like a person and want your business to be valued because apparently they do not appreciate it.

I went here with my sister on the way back from a road trip. When we got there we went up to the register and waited for a few minutes. The inside wasn’t too busy but I’m assuming the drive through was because we had to wait about 5-7 minutes. When we finally got our order taken I started by ordering a strawberry dragon fruit lemonade and before I could finish I was rudely interrupted by the woman taking our order saying that they didn’t have strawberry in a harsh tone. I ended up ordering the blueberry one instead and it’s good, but slightly bitter. I don’t know if that’s how the drink is in general or not because I’ve never ordered it before. I’m planning on ordering soon at another Dunkin to see if that’s how the drink is in general or not because I usually love blueberry flavored things. Then we ordered the rest of our food and drinks. Once we had everything we got in the car and everything tasted off. The hash browns, which I get every time I go to Dunkin, were dry and tasted a little burnt. The dark roast coffee was watered down and didn’t taste like a dark roast, which is also something we order most of the time when we go to Dunkin. The lemonade was bitter and the frosting of the donut was melted. We definitely will not be back here because the workers were unfriendly and rude and the food simply wasn’t worth putting up with the workers.
