I received no form of communication letting me know what was going on and tried calling to cancel the order but everytime a robot would answer. Even when I tried the extension to speak to a manager it said that extension was not available even though the extension was given to me by the automated message. This is the second time they’ve taken over an hour and all they did to “compensate” me was offer a 2 topping medium pizza when I ordered much more than that. The free pizza is also only eligible for delivery and from the same store, which I will never be ordering from again. After all the trouble the pizza wasn’t even good by any standards. Will no longer be a dominos customer after this and I recommend ordering elsewhere.
