- MMMo MoFeb 23, 20261.0Came in and was immediately met with stares and hesitation. Two young ladies standing at the glass over the hot bar complaining about being up front and one didn’t want to help me so the other one did. Food was not even hot. The steak or rice. The beans were warm. The fajita veggies were the most unfajita-ed I’d ever seen in my life. I get it’s only minimum wage and who wants to work for that cheap but just work somewhere else because no one’s forcing you to work here

When I called I was put on the line with an AI assistant even though I could hear an employ typing the complaint into the computer. Why not treat online orders like actual customers? It's to expensive to play with food like that. 0/10 would not recommend.

He was being patient and when he finally asked how much longer they proceeded to tell him it would be an extra 45 mins to wait on the chicken when we placed the order at 245. Mind you this is during his lunch break for work. They then proceeded to threaten to call the police when he got upset rightfully so. So now he didn’t get to eat or enjoy his break, Still waiting on our refund and we will not be doing business there anymore. They stay being “out” of things. Skimp you on the items when it is available and overall just have nasty attitudes. I would put 0 stars if possible.
