  We waited a long time with 4 other couples for a hostess. When she finally showed up (after I went looking and was treated to some bombastic side eye) she said just go seat yourself at the high tops. G thanks We sat and watched everyone else(the couples in front and behind us at the door) got menus and drinks finally my wife got up and found som menus on her own. I tried the QR on the table that says Menu and it was just a reward program no food menu. Any way after watching everyone else get served my wife finally approached a waitress “helping” and by helping I mean chit chatting for over 10 minutes yes I actually timed it because I was bored. She said sorry she is helping do something in the kitchen. Anyway at this point I was not going to be nice or have a nice dinner with my wife so I decided to just leave. Service here is terrible 1/4/2026 @ 6:30pm

  Just a bad experience. Food was horrible, burnt and just bad service met all the same expectations and the place was nasty dirty. Kitchen area had trash all over the floor.

  Went in to order 10 quick wings at 1240 on January 2nd. I was greeted quickly, received my drink and placed my order very fast. It took 23 minutes to get my order delivered to the table. Which was plenty of time to make fresh wings to order. I received my wings (dummies only) cold and dried up sauce on them. The waitress explained that they precook them, set them under a warmer and the serve them as orders come in. This is completely unacceptable! On top of the terribly cooked food, the men’s bathroom was nasty, drink can and bottles on the floor, paper towels in the sink, on the floor and the trash can overflowing along with three pieces of chewing gum in the urinal. Corporate will be hearing about how one of the stores with their name and reputation are completely bypassing the provided and required standards…

  Do not order from this location. Half of my food was missing and when I called repeatedly over the course of two days no one answered. I got robbed. UPDATE: someone finally responded on this review. First contact I’ve had from BWW. Anyways they said to submit a complaint on their website. I already did this on the same day I ordered which was 4 days ago now. Still no response on that. Overall very poor communication and customer service.

  After years of saying that I would never go back to this location, my wife convinced me to pick up dinner from here on my way home. They had the buy one get one half off,so this is what I ordered. I specifically asked, if I get 12 would I get the next order for half off and was told that's correct. I also ordered a basket of fries with that order. My order came up to be around 26 dollars,so i figured that to be a good deal. When I got home,I didn't have 12 and 12,I had 6 and 6. The fries were cold when I specifically asked for them to be fresh. Barbecue sauce all over the bag and boxes as if presentation is not a thing here. The wings were half done and it was more sauce on the boxes and the bag than there was on the wings. I am in finance for a living,and when doing the math, 6 wings would be around 14 dollars and 7 for the other six. What planet does this makes sense on. Last I heard tarrifs didn't effect chicken,and even if it did that's highway robbery. When I went back down there the same night, then it was explained to me that you can't get 12 and 12,but you can get 14 and 14. This is a way to up charge you for the first 14 because it is an unusual order number so that the second order would seem to make sense. In actuality your paying full price for both. I get the hustle,but make it make sense by teaching the team the hustle. There's no way I would have agreed to take the foolish order that I placed if it were explained to me,and on top half done and cold. The only thing I asked for was a refund. I brought the order back and let them know my dissatisfaction,and was told that they would refund me within 3 to 5 days. It's been two weeks and 3 unanswered calls and no refund. This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to years ago,and it's still the worst. Go to North Lake,go to Checks,go to Wing Stop,you probably wanna go to domino's before you go here.
