  Placed to go order, picked up got home and wrong sauce was on wings. I 100% understand mistakes are made so I called and ask for it to be re-made and I would pick up. Arrived to pick up and the wings were made right this time but I get home only to realize they didnt give me the qty I paid for and I even had to ask them for my side of fries again when I got there even though the manager said they would also be re-made. They make these mistakes too many times. This is like the 3rd this has happened to me in less than a year and again I typically wouldn't complain cause we're only human mistakes are made but not giving me what I paid for was uncalled for. I think Im done with BWW. I highly recommend completely checking your food before you leave!!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings late last night. A friend and I walked in shortly after midnight and stood at the host stand waiting to be seated for nearly 20 minutes. During that time, several servers clearly saw us and even glanced our way multiple times, yet no one acknowledged us or said they’d be with us shortly. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, just a typical late-night crowd. A group of people also walked in behind us and began waiting as well, yet still no one came to the host stand. We tried to be patient, but after standing there that long without even a simple greeting, we felt completely ignored and decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Being treated like we didn’t exist was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location.

  Always having to wait longer than hostess tells you to get seated. For some reason there are always tons of people waiting even though they always seem to have a bunch of open tables- make it make sense.

  Love this place and their wings but the past few times ive gotten takeout somethings been wrong, either I dont get my side or they dont sauce my wings, so definitely check your food if you get takeout. However, the employees are always very polite and fix things when it happens

  went on a wednesday night, not busy at all; the sever sucked, took almost 9 minutes to come to the table she seemed new as hell, i asked for no tomato’s for tomato’s she brought our food out separately
