There is 1 guy at the counter he was very kind and kept asking the kitchen for what he needed but the kitchen and the old lady never gave him what he asked for. She was just running around like she has no idea what’s she is doing. It’s really sad to see employees like this unmotivated and just so confused 😕 shame on you whoever the owner is

I went there first and literally said id never eat at another! Workers never had on gloves yet we're on register touching counters and making food. I cringed asked for refund and left. I'd just relocated and kept hearing it have to try bo bites so I tried Belmonts location first..and wondered who this bojangles is so I could compliment him on an awesome breakfast. Next visit in Gastonia also didnt disappoint!! Glad I gave it another shot!!

Even the older ladies in the mornings have idc attitudes sometimes. The wait time has always been a problem and food quality. I only go here when Im desperate & short on time.

But I have a recorded call with doordash saying since I ordered through the app bojangles has to refund me. I have I record call with the manager of the bojangles being completely rude and unaccepting responsibility for their mistakes. Not helping but just being defensive and dismissive. They did not want to do anything, not even consulted a higher up when they didnt know what to do, they just said not are problem.
