  You’d think they’re punishing you for dining in person. One single person who is going at a glacial pace while everyone else in the restaurant focuses on the drive thru. Food tasted old and wasn’t hot. Out of soda somehow. Bad Bojangles experience all around.

  This bojangles is absolutely disgusting. Today every thing in my order was old. The chicken, fries, even the lemonade!!!! Do not come here unless you want trash tasting food!!!!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to Bojangles was so bad it deserves one. The cashier was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in — no greeting, no smile, just an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. When I asked a simple question about the menu, they snapped back with a dismissive tone, as if I should already know the answer. The lack of basic courtesy was unbelievable. Fast food isn’t fine dining, but respect and professionalism should still be expected. Instead, I left feeling irritated and unwelcome. If this is the kind of service Bojangles thinks is acceptable, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. One star only because zero isn’t an option‼️

  It never fails. This Bojangles always messes up my order. No one here cares about the customer. Sorry bunch of employees. It doesn’t matter how you order your food, they do what they want. None of you can even make a sandwich the right way. And I’m gonna keep leaving these honest reviews until you all get it right. It’s clear to see why you work at Bojangles. And you can’t even do that right.

  Ordered a Cajun biscuit, egg and cheese biscuit, and two orders of hash browns. Was told to pull into a spot because the order wasn’t ready. Waited 15 minutes before having to go inside because the food was never brought to us. Picked up the food at the counter and was told they “couldn’t find us.” Got back to the car and realized the order was completely wrong. We got a sausage biscuit (nothing else on it) and 3 orders of French fries (it was 7am). The order on the bag was written correct so I’m not sure how you get it SO completely wrong. I went back in a second time and had to re-explain my order again even though it was on the bag and just got stared at by the employees like I had 5 eyes. Finally got the correct order and headed home after being there 30 minutes. Got home and realized the chicken in the Cajun biscuit was completely raw - bright pink on the inside. Threw it right in the trash. Absolutely horrible experience and food. It is also worth mentioning the store was totally empty when we went, so there was no excuse other than laziness. Unless you want food poisoning and the wrong order I recommend going elsewhere.
