The cookie dough tastes freezer burnt. So disappointing. But I didn't check the reviews first. After calling they said they will refund, which is good.

Tonight my husband asked them what flavors they had and was told vanilla, chocolate, Oreo and butter pecan...when he said do you not have mint chocolate chip she said yes. So I guess she just got bored with answering his question then when he did order he was answered silence so he drove away. Get better staff, not high school kids that don’t care about their jobs.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
