Come in several times a week to get a French Dip for lunch....Last 3 times the sandwich was so poorly made it couldn't be eaten while driving or even sitting parked somewhere for that matter. When you can't even touch the bread due to all the cheese being stuck to the outside of the sandwich and the paper its aggravating to say the least. Last 3 times I had to throw my meal away. Unfortunately I will not return to this location as a customer again. If they cant comprehend the fact the sandwich they are making is so messy it cant be eaten then I can't spend my time for lunch hoping they get it right after 3 terrible experiences.

I asked for ketchup and mayo when the associate was handing me the bag and he still didn't put it in there so I had to back up and knock on the windows to get it due to no one being around. Pulled off and went to eat the sandwich and it was just as cold and I also got a cup of cheddar and it was cold! It was all cold jlikenitbhad just been taken out of a fridge. Really disappointed and will not be going back to this Arby's ever again!
