  I definitely will never go back here. When you keep the bathroom door locked and have to ask for a key in a restaurant there's something wrong with that.

  Went through drive through ordered two combos got the food realized 1 curly fry was missing. Went inside ask for the missing was told only got 1 curly fry on order. I said two more times to girl I got combos which came with fries. So I grabbed bag it ripped a d fell on floor I walked out and was followed by three employees threatening and hollering at me. Never again. All I wanted was what I paid for.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Arby’s – Gastonia, NC (Garrison & Union Rd.) Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting your Arby’s location in Gastonia, NC at Garrison and Union Road. I was enormously impressed by the customer service and professionalism of your team members, Tiffany and Sam! Tiffany greeted us warmly, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and let us know about a special that included two combos at a great value which is what we ended up ordering. She was patient, polite, and professional, making sure we made the best choices for our meal. Sam, who prepared our food, did an excellent job with the sandwiches and made sure our fries were hot and fresh, just as we requested. The food was delicious, and it was clear he takes pride in his work. What stood out most was how well Tiffany and Sam worked together as a team. The customer service was outstanding, and their attention to detail and professionalism made our dining experience one of the best we’ve ever had at Arby’s. Leadership clearly shows at this location, and it’s obvious Tiffany and Sam are among the best of the best. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely be visiting again.   The food is great, and I didn't have to wait long with 4 people in front of me. 10 more people came in after I did. They were doing a 2 person job. They only had 4 people working too, and still didn't have to wait long, and the food was cooked after I ordered it. I'm thinking how ever long it takes to cook 3 bacon burgers, and 2 chicken sandwiches, and 3 milk shakes. That's the fastest I ever been served, when they had to cook it after I ordered it. How ever long it takes to cook, is how long I had to wait. They had it in the bag quick. One woman did the taking orders and putting the order in the bag. That was at around 12:30 P.M.

  I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. As you can see by the pictures, the amount of turkey on the sandwich was dismal. I'll be going to Schlotzsky's for a sandwich from now on. They have "the meats"!
