I have to wait with my receipt in hand for someone to come and unlock the cart. They that person proceeds to ask if I did self checkout. Then they say you have to get close to the register or this happens. Something needs to be done at Food Lion to stop this so customers aren't penalized for using self checkout. At least put a mark on the floor where the cart MUST be.
