I called the store twice about it. I called again today before I got my food and the person on the phone is like yes we will definitely take care of that for you and I just got my order and it was not done. It looks like I’m gonna have to find somewhere else to eat besides Chick-fil-A because it doesn’t appear that they care about the customer and what they want They put tape on the bag to secure your food, but leave your drink to where Someone can drink out of it. I don’t understand that.

- HSHaleigh SheddMar 5, 20262.0Always double check your orders. The last couple times we’ve been through mobile thru we are missing salad toppings or dressing. Went through tonight, we had to wait a bit no biggie it was dinner rush we are given our food and when we mention we were missing a drink and a milkshake we were met with an attitude and told it “I’ll have to check because it wasn’t in your order” I pulled up my order on the app and then checked the food and we had no toppings for the salad or salad dressing and were once again acted like we personally were out to get them for checking our meal when we weren’t even given the drinks. There were a ton of workers and they all seemed to be having a good time which is great however I don’t want to be met with an attitude like I’m inconveniencing someone because they couldn’t stop to read a screen and verify. This has happened so often we more than likely will drive to Belmont from now on.
