  Worst Resturant I’ve encountered waited 20 minutes for a host to walk to the stand and then told me a 20 minute wait lol and the severs needs more training

  Walking in it smells either like a pit toilet or rotting meat, take your pick, it was centered around the bathroom. The waitress was absolutely lovely, made a really great salad from fresh greens. Ranch was good on that. Bleu cheese was... Intense. Perfectly bites were on, mozzarella sticks were very good, sliders were great! Sauces.... Mixed bag, I really liked the hatch chili queso. The wings were... Scanty on the meat and size. Other than that the wall next to us was cracked, the table was sticky. Like the material of the edge of the table was tacky sticky. Sensory nightmare.

  Today Friday 4-3-26 around 330 came in for an early dinner. Crystal was our server (looked like the only one). She was taking care of everyone! She did a great job. Shame a manager wasn’t out there helping her clear tables or just anything. Managing is a difficult job but your team and customers should be priority. It’s not like the place was packed. Manager should be supporting the team. And let’s get inventory together as well. No pretzels, ordered the chicken sandwich w/ coleslaw on it but out of coleslaw. Prime location with the hotel practically in the parking lot. Should have been real busy! Y’all have some work to do in there. Thank you Crystal

  Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. We went for lunch on a Monday, and it was very slow—only about four other tables were seated when we arrived. My daughter and I each ordered a burger with fries, and my toddler had chicken strips with fries. Service was excruciatingly slow from the start and came with an unexpected amount of attitude. When our server finally came to take drink orders, I mentioned we were ready to place our food order as well. She responded, “I’m not,” and walked away. That pretty much set the tone for the rest of the experience. Things only went downhill from there. Our food took a long time, our burgers were dry, and we never received the fries that were supposed to come with all of our meals. We also never got drink refills. When I asked about a discount due to the missing fries, I was initially told they couldn’t adjust the price because fries are included with the meal—even though we never received them. A manager eventually came out and offered an explanation that didn’t make much sense, ultimately taking just $6 off the bill. Overall, the experience was slow, frustrating, and not worth the $40 we paid for two burgers and chicken strips. Definitely not a place we’ll be returning to.

  Probably the worst BWW I’ve ever stepped in . It had a terrible smell I literally sat with my son for 20 minutes and no one came around. I did se a waitress sitting alone at a table with her phone for 10 minutes. I finally just got up and walked to the bar to order food for us since no waitress cared to. I’m not sure there is a manager here but they should be fired. Pure incompetence
