  Food was good but waited at least 15min in the drive through. My sauce was forgotten in my box and the cashier tried to charge me for the it until I physically showed her I didn't get my sauce.

  Legitimately the worst fast food experience I have ever had; and the bar is already pretty low. Ordered my food in the drive through. Waited for 30 mins, and it was 30 mins. Then was told they didn’t have chicken to fulfill my order. The staff were arguing with each other. Not apologetic in anyway. I dint know what they were doing there but it’s making chicken or running the place well.

  We visited this place on 3/31/2026 just after 4 PM. There wasn't a lot of people visiting the location at this time. We ordered 2 each 3-piece meals and when we came to the window we were told it would be a 13-minute wait. After waiting over 20 minutes, we went inside to see what the holdup was. After another 15 minutes our order was brought to us with an apology for taking so long. Actually, I am not surprised at this, Bojangles has a better reputation for slowness and incorrect orders with me than being correct. I personally have given up on Bojangles and will not eat at any of their locations because this type of service seems to follow them wherever they are located in my opinion. Unfortunately for me, my goddaughter loves them and I was giving her a treat for good grades in school. After finally getting our meal, we were so upset with having to wait so long that we made our second big mistake and that was not checking the meal before we left. After getting home instead of getting the meal that we ordered and PAID for, one meal had 3 chicken tenders and that was it, no fries or anything else, the other had 3 chicken wings and nothing else. Take my advice if you want chicken and there's a Chick-fil-A close by - go there instead, they have never gotten one of my orders wrong and I have never had to wait 13 minutes, never go to Bojangles unless you eat inside and can see exactly what you are getting. I'm finished with Bojangles.

  The chicken here is never fresh and lots of the staff have terrible attitudes and dispositions. Just horrible management.

  I’ve given this a lot of thought, and all I can think about is the worthless employees back there laughing up a storm when they fill a large fry 40%, but give enough sporks to cater a football team. That’s just the start too, waited in the restaurant for an hour for a mobile order even though there was like 3 people in the restaurant. Unsurprisingly the order was completely wrong too. Employees are not smart, rude, and worthless. Not sure how Bojangles stays in business and why I keep giving them my money. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson. I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else. I’ve noticed a trend with Bojangles, they remodel/ open a new location, it’s top notch service for like 2 days, then it falls off. They’re spending too much time making weird new menu items, and not enough time training their staff. I wish someone from corporate would see this, but I highly doubt it’ll make a difference.
