I tried to order through the drive thru, but the AI assistant couldn’t get my order right so I went in. The attitude of the staff was UNBELIEVABLE! I have never been treated so rudely at a fast food restaurant in my whole life. I truly hope the management reads this and looks into it because the people representing this branch are an awful representation of any reputable organization. This interaction took place 3/21/26 at around 12:30, and it wasn’t busy at all even though this was lunchtime.

Gave us our tea but it was damn hot by the time we got our food. Young black lady with the glasses was the only one who actually seem to do her job. She needs a raise or a better position. Place our order and the lady at the front acted all confused and like she didn’t even understand what we was saying to the point we just ordered something different. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this location in the afternoon. Only person who actually seem to do her job was the young black girl with glasses

I don’t know if the chicken is bad or the oil they fry it in but I would never eat at this location again.
