  This is a Kentucky fried Taco Bell service is great. Cleanliness was great. Food was great. No complaints. Location is hard to get in and out of.

  Terrible service, the place is one of the slowest fast food restaurants in the 40/42 area. I don’t understand why the franchise owners allow the business to be run so poorly.

  I honestly wish I could give this location 0 stars. They get EVERY single order incorrect. 2/3 orders yesterday were wrong, and my friends never even got their order. My friends waited ONE HOUR for their food that they ordered online for pick up at 6pm. The manager kept giving them an attitude every time they asked about the status of their food. By 7pm, they gave up and got dominos instead. They’re still waiting on a refund for the food they never got. Stay far far away from this location if you can. The last time I came here, over a year ago, the manager yelled at me for making too many customizations to a bean and rice burrito causing their employees to get my order wrong.
