That DOES NOT MEAN GIVE ME HALF THE AMOUNT OF CHEDDAR AND HALF A SLICE OF PROVOLONE. CHEESE IS NOT MADE OF GOLD AND I PAID FOR EXTRA. This has the be the CHEAPEST MOVE I've seen in a long time. Lemme just drive this home for people in the back. If I order a sandwich (the turkey cheddar for instance) when I ADD to the order A SLICE OF PROVOLONE I expect to have the NORMAL AMOUNT of CHEDDAR AND SOME PROVOLONE BECAUSE I PAID FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. THAT IS THE SANDWICH AND THE EXTRA CHEESE. OKAY. I hope everyone that needs to see this can see it and stop CHEAPING OUT ON ME.

Then I sat at the window where no one was to be seen in the back??? Finally got a croissant that was not fully even cooked. It was still doughy in the middle. This has always happened at this Panera and this will finally be my last visit.

The wait is absolutely horrendous for a drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me, and having to wait longer than 25 minutes to receive my order of a single toasted bagel and a smoothie, in which I still had to wait once getting to the window 20 minutes later. Also, the food and drinks are hit or miss. I’ve noticed a few Paneras in other states closing down after decades of being open…im hoping this location gets it together before the powers that be decide this location is ultimately not worth keeping open any longer….. just by looking at the reviews, it’s coming..
