  i love the food at panera but very bad customer service especially with one girl with the hoodie and hat. idk what's with the attitude as if she's are giving her own food for free. this is the second bad experience with the same person

  I had a great experience at Panera Bread in Garner! The food was fresh and flavorful, and my order was prepared quickly and correctly. The soups and sandwiches were delicious, and the bread was warm and fresh like always. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable and perfect for a quick lunch or even sitting down to get some work done. Overall, this location provides consistent quality and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Panera Bread at 42 in Garner is currently a calm spot to stop for a bite. It’s a fairly clean. There were only a couple of people working on this Sunday A.M. that we chose to visit. It wasn’t clear what to do as far as placing the order and no one greeted us as we stood in front of the menu at the counter. Eventually we found our way to the kiosk to place the order. Pros: + Classic Panera Bread branding + Decent food preparation + Quiet + Clean Cons: - No greeting - Not clear on ways to order

  Idk who made the food today but it was phenomenal. Out of all the times this was by far the best..literally perfection 💖 Panera really said let us take care of you today. The oatmeal cookies were so good my sister ate them before I could even emotionally prepare (still processing). Salad was PERFECT and they remembered my extra dressing which felt personal and deeply respectful. And the sandwich?? My GOD. I would write it a thank-you note. 11/10, zero regrets, minor cookie trauma.

  Panera bread restaurants need a complete remodeling and deep cleaning afterwards I only use the sip club because all of the restaurants are dirty and nasty
