  I was there for breakfast and ordered two sausage biscuits. The biscuit was hard. I removed the top part of it and then ate it with just the bottom half. Kinda disappointed.

  My parents got a to go order. The drinks took forever to come out, my nuggets and fries were freezing cold, my dr pepper was almost flat. Did not enjoy my food.

  Cold nuggets and fries. Didn't get the nugget sauce that was ordered. Wasn't offered ketchup in drive-thru and none provided in the bag. Didn't get a spoon for the McFlurry. Girl who greeted me at the drive-thru speaker was laughing when she began to talk - I'm all for fun and games, as long as you do the job correctly - but when my order is cold and missing items, then it comes across as no one at this location takes their job seriously.

  Night and overnight shift are rude and lazy. I just got off work, came to this location to get a triple cheeseburger combo. The fries were really cold. You guys are not that busy to be serving someone cold fries. Last time coming here just to get low quality food.

  The staff there are very unprofessional and slam windows in their customer’s face. The so called manager lady that’s cross eyed with dark hair literally told me we hadn’t ordered anything in the last hour when we literally sat there waiting for our food. We were not given a receipt and she acted like she didn’t believe us and went to verify. We literally have it where they took the money from our bank account. I literally told her in her face that she was the liar and I would just continue running up their drive through time until I received our food. It was literally a burger and a fry. The guy who slung my bag to me literally slammed the drive through window in my face and I still had to wait, again, for the fry. I do not like to cause trouble but these people were making me upset. The so called manager literally rolled her eyes at me and was like, “make a deluxe”. Prufffff I will never eat there again and I would recommend others not to as well! I don’t even like McDonalds like that and I had just drove home from Washington DC, 5 1/2 hours, to deal with their attitude problems and unprofessionalism. Another waist of 45 minutes of life! If I can find a number to call and report these folks, I would! So much disrespect from these people! Do they think I wanted to drive back there after just getting home??!! I’m definitely made a point to write this review because that’s how bad this experience was!!
