- VVVideoGame VikApr 3, 20261.0Before I start.. Understand the crew was awesome!! But a bad manager can make a whole crew look bad. The manager was Rude, and Disrespectful!!! ( short bald black guy ) He needs to learn some customer service skills. This is not the first time a manager at this Location has been Rude !! I understand as a franchise owner the only thing you probably care about is the money. I can understand that. But just asking about a 20 cent up charge for sweet tea doesn't give the manager the right to be rude and disrespectful. I will definitely not return. Your not the only McDonald's with a happy meal.

We were told you have ask for those little onions. When did that start? Order different drinks and all of what we received were diet dr peppers. Seems people were very lazy in doing their jobs. It was not busy at all.

Manager that is so called Antonia just turn and walk away while I was addressing the issue. Mind you this is not the first time, wasn’t trying to be mean but didn’t have a choice but call corporate and put a complain. Such a unprofessional way to handle Situations from the manager itself.
