Ordered two Frostys online, went through Drive-Thru, told that they're out of Frosty's. Okay, don't know how that's possible but sure. Told they would offer us cookies as a substitute. Yeah, no. Decided to go through Wendy's corporate to get a refund for my $11 worth of dessert, got told I would get reached out to get me a refund and it never happened.

If I could give zero stars I would . The drive thru person was rude, snappy and short. Not just with us but the car in front of us. We actually left without our food because of how she was acting. I did call the manager and she said she would do something about it but was so very nonchalant I’m sure nothing will be done.

I came to eat last Sunday and the people that serviced me were very kind. Samia was very polite taking my order and Tia clarified a mix-up I'd had. The employees seemed to get along very well and were working quickly, and all my food was fresh and hot!

They deserve a zero and I have put up with a lot of disrespect and unprofessionalism at this white oak location. The female on the intercom doesn't even have patience to answer questions when the menu outside only shows 4 and 6 piece nuggets. I asked are there a bigger count and the broad sarcastically says "yeah we have 50"
I'm like do you have a 10 -12 piec....but she cut me off and said huffing and puffing "we have 10. I said can I get a 6 piece, I'm sorry a 10 piece, 10 piece meal please and she says so you want a 6 piece meal and I said, I said 10 piece so this broad arguing now, saying"no you didn't you said 6 piece, I said ma'am I corrected myself I corrected myself....damnnnnn. They are horrible and that was it...the last time I was there was a young "dude" who was verbally cussing and complaining in front of me that it pisses him off that people asking so many questions and don't know what they be wanting"
But excuse me if your outside menu doesn't list everything how do customers know what to order. With these attitudes this is why it's important to pray over my food, but even better I won't go there anymore...I don't want that evil tacky energy transmitted to my body. Horrible horrible and horrible and it's sad because it used to be decent when my children were small. Corporate needs to wipe these workers and clean house with some professional acting employees....one more thing, you have that one plus size chic who might be a so called manager, everytime I go there or pass by she out the back door smoking 🚬, like do you wash your hands? Eeeww
