    Unfortunately not a great Wendy's location. I love Wendy's but I will not stopping at this one again. Constantly the slowest service despite no one every being here

    I placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive-thru. Arrived at this location and it was completely dead here. Absolutely no cars in the Drive-Thru. I pull up to the speaker and told him I had a mobile order, I had to repeat my name twice and then they told me that I needed to come inside to collect my order. I argued that I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the Drive-Thru and they tried to tell me that I still needed to come inside. I stood my ground and they finally told me to pull into a mobile order spot. They did bring me my food, but they told me that from now on I needed to come inside, because they were trying to make service faster when there were other cars in the Drive-Thru, by having mobile order customers come inside, regardless of the pickup type the customer entered into the app. Keep in mind this place was so empty that there were practically tumble weeds going through the parking lot.

    This place has been struggling for a long time. Just went in for a Dave's double at 5pm and looks like i got a lunchtime leftover.

    Don't let the stud looking dude take your order he will give you the wrong cup on purpose and tell you that the right cup.
