Despite showing proof of payment, he couldn’t explain why. He called Zac, the owner, who refused to help and claimed the order wasn’t in the system. I offered screenshots of my payment and confirmation, but he was dismissive. The employee who tried to help was excellent, but Zac and Brahmin showed poor customer service. I won’t return and hope this issue is addressed.
