  This is now the 2nd time that I’ve ordered a Togo order and also happened to me with a DoorDash order where I got chimichurri steak and all they gave me were little cuts of steak (not cooked medium well) and no chimichurri with it. Spent $80 just for them to not get my meal right

  For going at an off time after lunch, we waited probably 3 minutes at least before someone acknowledged we were standing there waiting to be seated. Then it was about 10 minutes before someone actually came to take our drink order. We also ordered a blooming onion with the drink order. The waitress was in training, so we were very patient with her. The order came out correctly, but the bloom was very late in coming to the table, and then it was unfortunately only barely even warm. Obviously they forgot to deliver it to the table when it was ready. Disappointing after you pay so much for one. Then the salad came within 30 seconds of getting the bloom. It wasn't even 3 minutes after that the steak came. It was cooked to order, but the steak was so tough and the potato was warm, but not hot like it should be. We deliberately ordered the meal after they came back with the drinks so that the timing would be better for the food to come out. I did not complain because my husband would rather eat whatever is before him than have the meal ruined by complaining. We were just very disappointed in the experience. Health grade was a 94.0, and I could see some reasons why. The outside little pond has been let go. One of the people standing around near the kitchen area talking could have taken time to go clean the glass on the front doors that was so full of fingerprints. This is probably poor management, but if things do not change there soon, they will end up closing down.

  It's Veteran's Day today. Everything is the worst. They made us wait for 40 mins to wait to be seated. If I didn't spoke up nobody will give us a table. When we were seated they made us wait for another 20 mins and I need to speak up again. Somebody told me they are short staffed and they are moving as fast as they could. They know it's Veteran's day but they don't freaking care at all. This is the worst location and will never recommend it. Specially if you are in the military. They don't care at all.

  Had a great lunch there today! Was not busy when I went in around 1 on a Saturday. My server, Ginger, was super friendly and chatted with me a little and when I let her know I had had a late night she was sure to get my drinks (and refills before I ever finished one throughout the meal) and some bread so to help me come back to life. :-) The food was good as it usually is, I typically get the same stuff so never disappointed. I like the new appetizer combo with onion blossom petals, cheese fries, and the mozzarella ‘boomerangs’ that were surprisingly good. I had the bone in ribeye and it was cooked perfect, really flavorful. The other staff who delivered food and I interacted with were very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Sometimes coming in at a slower time at restaurants I actually find you can get worse service as staff is focused on side work or other things while they can be (I know I was as a server), but that was not the case here. Everything came out in a timely manner and I don’t think I ever got my water or soda below half way gone before Ginger would appear with refills despite her having multiple tables. Only little issue I had was that half way through my meal the host sat a father and young son at the table right next to me and the kid was kicking the bench a lot and playing a game that made noise, it was not super distracting and I’m not expecting a small child to be still and silent and he was generally very well behaved, but as there were plenty of open tables I would have spread people out.

  So my husband and I went on an afternoon lunch date to this location and we were super excited because we were craving Outback. It was fairly slow, not busy at all, which is good because you think that the turnaround of your food would be very quick however it took us a very long time to get our drinks and get our food as well. We received our food and everything was very cold and with getting meat at a medium rare temperature it feels a little unsafe to eat when your food is not hot! We told our waitress and both of the managers were very accommodating and fixing the problem! They put in a re-order for our food, which did come back very hot! They were quick to correct the issue. We were just very disappointed by the initial service and wanting to sit and dine in and we ended up taking our meals to go. The customer service from both managers and the waitress were exceptional! Everything was just very slow and it seems like the food just got forgotten about since the restaurant wasn’t busy and I get it these things happen sometimes but it was just very disappointing.
