They looked undercooked and barely sauced. These were supposed to be Buffalo wings, but it looked like someone lightly sprinkled hot sauce on them and sent them out. The appearance alone was concerning enough to make me question if they were fully cooked. When I called the store, the young man who answered was very professional and respectful... I truly appreciate him. However, once the manager got on the phone, the experience went downhill fast. Instead of resolving the issue, he refused to refund the order and insisted that I bring the wings back. It was 10:30 PM. I had just gotten off work. Expecting a customer to drive back out at that time over improperly prepared food is unreasonable. I even asked him directly, “Do you really think I’m trying to get something free?” I don’t want free wings. I want properly cooked food and basic customer service. This experience explains the 3.3 rating. Do better. When you know better!!
