Their service is getting really crappy and when you call to talk to them about it, none of the employees can help and the manager I talked to could not be understood (his English was horrible). The manager would also NOT help with our messed up order, he kept trying to blame us for the order not being right. He did offer to make us another pizza, but said it would be anywhere from an hour to an hour and forty five minutes before they could even make it!! That was clearly a lie, because even when I called and the girl answered the phone, she did not say anything about an extended wait time. Their service has been getting worse and worse since they changed locations. We will *NEVER* go back again! There are other pizza places who still care about their customers, the service and the food. *Do yourself a favor and find one of the locally owned pizza places because you will be much happier with your order and the service.*

Lucas and Juan the manager were both grossly unhelpful. If your going to work a job, no matter where you work, you should take pride in that and satisfy your customers.
