I had to get up from my booth and look for whoever was going to serve us. I shouldn't have to do that . Finally got served but the server asked three times what we ordered, instead she shouldve wrote it down . Smh... needs to do better job . This is probably last time I am coming here.

We never actually saw her tending to any tables at all. Very unapologetic and didn’t seem to care at all. Clearly this location doesn’t care about its customers.

Unfortunately the sandwiches are sent out with less enthusiasm and this last go has me determined to avoid their offerings. Not only was the $14 cheesesteak tiny, but they completely forgot to add the the dip. Stick to the boneless wings and onion rings. The rest is literally throwing your money away
