  HOLLY SPRINGS LOCATION Despite being posted all all over the Internet, including military websites, that we could dine in or take out, we were told we had to sit in to grab our FREE Veterans meal. I mentioned it, but she didn't care, saying she didn't know what was online. In fact, feel free to check because it's absolutely still listed that we had 2 options. Because the food is pretty good, this is one of those places that I would visit just to hang out and watch sports. Despite that, I watched in shock while the cashier at the counter literally turned away customers, many who were elderly, as she continued to tell that same lie over and over again. Meanwhile, that restaurant was practically empty! I rated the Habanero Mango Wings a 4, because they were tasty, but to treat a Veteran, or any customer the way we/they were treated on November 11 2025 was atrocious. This is not quality service at all. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings in Holly Springs.

  We usually enjoy BWW. Tonight, we read closing was midnight, so we went in for a late dinner at 10. The food was good, we ordered wings, a couple of burgers & stuffed tots. The service was terrible - almost non-existent. Staff were more interested in vacuuming and hanging out at the bar than actually working. We will never go back to that location. Shame.

  Food was cool. I had a bad experience asking for a skillet cookie! I requested it with my meal to reduce wait time. I finished my meal and the cookie never came. Regardless of how many people are in your store, communication is key and checking on the meal preparers constantly is a must. I was disappointed with how lunch turned out for my son and I.

  Ordered 2 cheesecakes for pickup (no caramel sauce, wish they had strawberry as an option). $6.99 each (with tip over $17 for the order). Wait time for service was 8 minutes (even though my order was ready behind the counter). Got home and found a HAIR in my piece of cheesecake! Nasty. Spending this much on 2 slices of cheesecake to have 1 piece inedible….. I should have just bought a full cheesecake at the grocery store.

  After a day with my two adult sons we decided to go to BW3 and after 10 minutes and four different servers passing the table without one saying a word, we got up and left. The hostess was on her phone the entire time and no one ever asked for our drink order. We got up, went around the corner to Chilis and had the best service and food! I will never go to this BW3 location again.
