- KJK. Joyner4 days ago1.0So I had a hankering for chipotle, in, I decided to go to the one that's closest to my house. Knowing that chipotle has had a problem with "shaking the spoon" i go in there with my eyes, forefold, open and watching the way that they make my bowl. As I watch the young lady make bowl, i watch her half spoon, my portions.And then shake, so I asked the manager, are they supposed to do full spoons then shake or half spoons in shake. The manager proceeded to tell me that they are supposed to do full, spoons, and then shake or tap. But when I told her to do what she was supposed to do, they charged me for extra portions. I don't have a problem being charged. For extra portions, if that's what I ask for but when you are shaking portions and then charging me for the right portion, I have a problem. Yesterday I haven't been to chipotle in years.And this is gonna be my last time going in a very long time... If ever again.

I will not be eating at no chipotle again. It’s goes to show there not following the protocol for fresh food or safe food.

Then going to lie and say "we cannot put in griller after it's been made" the lies you tell. That why this location has a terrible grade. I'd never attend this sloppy location.
