  I was totally disappointed today at around 12:30. When I ordered 4 chicken strips and a large drink and barbecue sauce, I got 4 tiny little pieces of chicken and 2 packs of ketchup, thank you so much.

  I work near this location and we order delivery all the time. They consistently get our order wrong. It is very annoying. We will have to start ordering from the White Oak location so we can make sure we get the items we paid for!!!

  I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and it had such a small piece of chicken in it I couldn't even taste it!! It was mostly lettuce and bread and it was dry and disgusting!!! I wouldn't recommend this Chick-fil-A. They are stingy with the chicken!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My order was originally made incorrectly by the restaurant. When I came back to have the issue corrected, a manager named JESSICA — an older lady wearing a long skirt — required me to return my entire order even though it had already been made incorrectly by the restaurant. She was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. All I needed was a very small item — a side of lettuce that costs $0.22 — yet I was asked to give back my whole order and wait over 20 minutes my infant inside the car waiting. On top of that, I was charged more because of the mistake that was made on their end. One of the other employees was actually trying to help by making me a new sandwich and fixing the problem quickly. However, Jessica stopped the situation and made the employee come back to my car to explain why I was being charged again instead of simply resolving the issue. It was clear that the employee was trying to provide good customer service, but the way the situation was handled by management made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. In my opinion, Jessica is doing a poor job teaching proper customer service to her team. I normally expect much better service from Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location having Jessica at this location is truly awful. -Yohani Chinchilla

  To say I enjoy chick fil a, would be an understatement....and it's not just the chicken. Their culture is something to be admired. I had a conversation with Ms. Jeanie that truly warmed my heart. We own a company and use chick fil a in our hiring process to highlight culture and how much it matters. The conversation with Ms. Jeanie only further reinforced that. She was sweeping the dining room in off peak hours (a testament to the quality of the experience and not just cutting labor) and I asked her a little about that. She spoke so highly and proudly of all pitching in and also spoke about Michael, a loss the staff suffered. You would never have know with the pleasure still at the core of the staff, but at the same time, they are grieving together for the loss of an employee. God bless him, his family, and this staff through this hard time and I'm thankful to have chick fil a as an example of how the world should work!
