  Visited with my sister 3/24 and the staff member was quick and efficient. She helped right away, placed the order, and came around the counter to hand the food over courteously. I have to give 5 stars as lately this kind of efficient and professional customer service is lacking at MANY establishments. Thank you for the great experience! Our wings were delish #MangoHabanero 🧡

  I don't normally give full star reviews, but this particular experience is worth it. After leaving another restaurant minutes before coming to this location, our experience was great due to excellent service from Chantrice and great food. We have come to this location before and have had good service/food. The other reason for this high review is due to two things. Value - we paid just as much at the previous restaurant we just left. Food - I'm not sure who though dry rub wings means dip in butter and then add dry rub to ensure it "sticks" to wings. Buffalo Wild Wings does it right the first time.

  So starting with the good the place was extremely clean and the atmosphere was great. As for the bad in my food was well overcooked to the point that my boneless chicken looked like it had been fried over and over again instead of made to order. My waitress was extremely nice and polite, but the host had the front seem to be having a bad day. I've had good experiences in the past at this location but I don't think I'll be going back

  Food was 25 minutes late than expected on an app order. Did not receive any sauces, ranches, celery/carrots, or salsa for the chips. Chips were stale and tasteless (somehow worse than dollar store chips?), fries were underwhelming and forgot the added seasonings. Boneless wings were mid at best, slightly dry and covered by an overly salted sauce to mask the flavor. Burger patties were leathery & underseasoned. Barely any flavor. The buns were also a little tough, most likely stale. I'd question the freshness of any of the ingredients and would argue for anyone concerned about freshness not to come here. Update: Have not received any update on my refund. After calling and requesting a refund on Saturday, they assured me they'd be in contact with me that night to receive a gift card (actual refunds 'take a while' so, whatever). I have yet to receive any contact. Assume this place is a sham.

  Ordered online, got home wings are tiny, and very dry. Got from restaurant at White oak plantation in Garner, sauce is good but food is less than desirable. The wings are not much larger than the french fries
