When I asked for my money back, they also ignored me. The workers were very rude to me. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want fast food. This restaurant is so slow; you'll order today and pick it up tomorrow.

Well unfortunately- got back home and there were no fries. They forgot them. I called to ask for a partial refund, but they said that they can’t help me over the phone, and that I could only come back to get the fries. I’m not going to drive 30 minutes back just to get missing fries, it would just be a waste of time and dinner would be cold by then. So basically I paid for fries I never got, and they couldn’t even be bothered to refund me for it. Terrible experience. No one cares anymore.
