  Dear Area Manager - I had the pleasure of ordering from this Taco Bell on a busier than normal Wednesday night. The staff seemed fairly new and their shift leader was not to be found. However, Mona - a caring employee, took it upon herself to preemptively acknowledge the problem with their ticket times for indoor customers, providing promo coupons for some longer orders ahead of me. As a former restaurant manager and someone who knows that coupons count towards food costs in most P&Ls, this practice is sometimes frowned upon as a strategic method for retention. But Mona recognized that getting in front of the issue was a better solution versus catching up to angry customers, calming the wait time and making the delay worth it. She deserves a raise and promotion. She's awesome. P.S. Again, I was not a recipient of these coupons.

  If I could give food no star I will. Please ask the stockholders to invest just a little more in this branch. Horrible old food served. It's closest to my house. Gave benefit of the doubt and returned a few months later still same. Old food. I can guarantee kept at unsafe temperatures. Health inspectors need to check Please!!! All the meat in my $7.00 box smelled old from the beef to the chicken. Do managers have any responsibility or just pressure from the higher ups????? Employees were nice, my orders were drive-thru. Hope they dont have to work in unsafe hot conditions!!!

  I love this Taco Bell they can do no wrong. Reliable flavorful and delicious. Also they always fill my cheese sauce to the top I love that. #tacobellnation #iloveyou

  After waiting more than 10 minutes, they said they had run out of meat.... How does a taco place run out of meat ... This was 7 pm....not midnight
