  All staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Especially the woman with orange hair and the manager with bad teeth and no hair. They laughed in my face and were completely disrespectful. I never leave reviews but I’m baffled by the way I was treated. They both refused to help me in anyway. I will not be returning and will highly suggest everyone go to a different subway (there’s two other locations very close by. I would definitely go with them instead). I also had two minors with me who they made feel extremely uncomfortable. They messed up my order and refused to remake or refund me. They could not provide me with any names or a customer service number. Also not to mention the last time I came here before this there was a long black hair in my sub. Absolutely horrible experience. Completely unprofessional and the manager should NOT be a manager. The orange hair lady spoke on her personal phone the whole time I was waiting in line to get my order. She was talking on the phone the entire time she was making someone’s order. Insane.

  Great Subway location! Food was fresh and delicious, the place was clean, everything was well stocked, and the service was quick. Will definitely be back

  I’ve been coming to this Subway location since I was about 5 or 6 years old, and I’m now 36. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. During my visit, I politely declined having my sub toasted but requested that my onions be warmed with oil, salt, and pepper. This is something I’ve asked for at many other locations without any issue, as I can’t eat cold onions due to indigestion. However, the two employees working this evening 3/27/26 refused or were unwilling to accommodate this simple request. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to meet a reasonable request left me extremely disappointed. After decades of being a loyal customer, this experience has completely changed my perception. I will not be returning to this location while those employees are there.
