  Fairly new to the area. I love everything Fuquay has to offer but so sad to say that our local Panera sucks. This location is by far my least favorite and I question their practices. Portion sizes are absolutely horrible and there always seems to be a quality issue whenever I visit. Mini cinnamon crunch bagel instead of a full sized one. Receiving the butt of the bread with my soup (a tiny end piece that’s not even big enough to dip in my soup).. Being all out of tomato basil bread because according to a manager it was all mistakenly burned.Tuna salad sandwich with hardly any tuna. It’s frustrating because I use to love Panera so much. The value I receive for the cost I pay especially at this location is a HUGE disappointment.

  Never have I been through a drive thru and been told that they were “too busy” to heat my food I ordered 🤦🏻‍♂️ … ordered 3 bagels and a muffin… asked for them to heat the muffin and never have I had a issue at ANY other location with that…. This location at the box in drive thru takes order and is ok with the muffin being heated… pull up to the window and was handed the food but told “the kitchen is too busy to heat your muffin” and closed the window… seriously!? … too busy… to do our job and heat up the food you ordered…. Is the pope inside waiting on his food? Is Jesus in there? Is there some royalty in the building that we aren’t important enough to have our food heated? Like the most common and simple thing that you expect at any restaurant ever!? “We are too busy to heat your food” …. Literally speechless to that one 🤦🏻‍♂️

  Yall lack in providing napkins in the to go orders and yall never put my bread for my soup I spend almost 30 dls and i expect to at least have my bread…… very annoying! Why confirm it on the receipt if it’s not in the bag!

  The staff is very friendly, especially the person who serves you at the cash register, named Zoe. The food never disappoints.
