- DSDana Strickland3 days ago1.0When you walk into the restaurant, there is no acknowledgement that you are there. This has happened on several occasions. Not sure why I thought it would be different today. I just stood at the register for 3 minutes and not a single employee spoke to me or even looked my way. If you cant take two seconds to ar least acknowledgement my existence and tell me someone will be with me shortly, then you dont need my business. This is not the first time I have walked out of this Wendy's, but it will be the last.
- BFBri F6 days ago1.0Same experience as Jeffery’s review. Obviously management at night is a huge problem and needs to be reported at this point since no accountability is being taken. We ordered (3) Bacon Double Stack Biggie Bags at 9pm after a long day. 2/3 of the burgers were missing bacon. The buns were hard, the burger patties were old and dry. We were shorted nuggets out of every meal, and they threw in old nuggets and mixed them between regular and spicy. The fries were old and cold. People are going to get sick. At this point obviously a report needs to be made to whomever is necessary since there is a few reviews about this situation in the last month or so and no acknowledgement by the owner or manager, and the issue is still persisting. Serving customers old food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, and just tossing in whatever you have sitting around is not okay, and a health and safety issue.

Im assuming they cooked extra burgers and threw them under the heat lamp to have them ready if anyone ordered. It was 12:10am and they close at 1am. Terrible pre closing process used apparently. During the day time this is one of the best locations around. But late night crew needs to be held accountable and trained again.
