- KKKeith3 days ago1.0HORRIBLE!!! Staff won’t acknowledge you at counter, 20 minutes after placing a mobile order still waiting. There was only 1 table eating and zero cars in the drive thru. I would say between 7-10 employees in the back. The older black woman was heard saying obscenities, garbage all over near the drink machine. I’m the only one standing in line and instead and you’d think the employee who walks out with the completed order would ask if it’s mine before placing it on the shelf with the other mobile orders seeing as though I’m the only one in the place. She wouldn’t even glance in my direction. Had to then ask her to hand it to me and she was EXTREMELY rude. This location was recently remodeled and they have a serious water leak in the kitchen that they’re collecting with buckets, wonder how sanitary that is. Real classy joint. EDIT: After leaving this review, my order was found to be wrong… walked into the store for a refund, the older black woman was the one who processed the refund. I gave no attitude and was polite, she was anything but. She gave was obviously annoyed that it was a mobile order paid with Venmo so she slammed the cash register open and gave me 2x the order amount in cash which seems to be the only upside of this experience.

Waited over 20 mins to find out our online order done 10 mins before hadnt even been started after the only thing they asked us is if we’re Uber Eats (we were not). The guy before us left without his food. The screen at main counter was disgusting, almost as dirty as the counter. We just traveled back in town and long flight so only option
