  Papa John’s has gone down hill. I have had better frozen pizza for a lot less. The flavor is bland the crust is flat cars board like. They are using less cheese and part of the pizza didn’t have cheese. Disappointed as Papa John’s used to have great pizza

  Fourth time in a row it took 1-2 hours to get our food. Cold and low quality. Really gone downhill. The main problem is they outsource to door dash. Next time my family will listen to me and order Annas

  The food is fine, the issue is the management specifically the female GM. As customers were in the store waiting for their order she nonchalantly sat in the waiting area and complained “how much she hated people” while she let her staff prepare ongoing orders that were on the screen. Not delegating tasks but simply being lazy. I get everyone has bad days, but proclaiming “doordash drivers suck” while a doordash driver is literally waiting in your lobby is absolutely absurd. I get it, I was a manager at dominos for many years, but saying it directly to the customers face is ridiculous and unprofessional. Working in pizza is stressful I understand but show some decency. I don’t normally leave reviews like this and don’t want to put her job in jeopardy but wow I was shocked by her actions. Or inaction rather.
