Cashier came back and handed me the doughnuts saying they don't serve hot and fresh doughnuts to online orders. Don't understand that if it's a large selling point of Krispy Kreme. I love their doughnuts but am disappointed in the service provided. Also took 15 minutes to get our coffee and was waived at from the window to pull forward when there was no where else to go.
